tranny rebuild in progress...again!!!

ok so as everyone knows i had to rebuild my trans like 2 weeks ago...3/4 shift fork broke...well i ordered all the pieces from D&D performance including a rebuild kit. we replaced everything from 3-5...syncros blockers bearings ets...BUT the guy that was working on it with me was building the 3/4 syncro hub and assembly, he was in a hurry and put the retainer springs on in the SAME DIRECTION!!!...i was racing a charger from a 40 roll and when i nailed third...kaboom! one of the springs poped off, broke all three shift keys there and broke the 3/4 shift fork again. this time i am doing all the work myself aside from just a set of hands to get me stuff and help get the tranny in and out. it is out of the car, EVERYTHING is broken down...i will post pics asap of the breakdown table with parts. anyway here is what i ordered from PMP this time...oh by the way i washed the case with acid and it is high temp enamel coated ford red...looks sweeeeet.

yeah this is the second fork in 2 weeks...and its a buddy of mine who was helping me and he had that syncro hub put back together before i could see it... i am so ready to put this mf back together for the last time...i am even replacing the caged roller bearing for third because it is all chewed up...dont know how that came about...but none the less my t 45 will be a beast now and with the cryo fork and setting the stops in my MGW i will not mess it up again.

if i were you then i would get pmp's firewall adjuster and clutch quandrant. Alot of the problems with shift forks breaking is the clutch not fully disengaging from the flywheel.
