best plugs for my car?

denso iridiums, bosche iridiums, e3's....whats the best plug to put in my car. right now its got the stock motorcraft plugs in it...i have a fully upgraded ignition system and i dont think that its reaching its full potential with the shitty spark it gets from these plugs. with my mods, what plugs would be best for my car?

motorcraft copper plugs. or ngk's.

the plugs are fine.. up grade your ignition

i have taylor 409 insulated wires, msd blaster coils, kenne belle boost-a-spark, and a optima red top battery. i would think my ingition was good. what else should i get?
