Pulse Plug vs. Spark Plug

Saw an advertisement for these in a magazine I was reading. I definitley can see how they would work. Was wondering if anybody has tried them?

For those who don't know, they basically emit a very strong pulse instead of a spark leading to better combustion (or so they claim).

i know i wouldn't be willing to risk something with my motor when there is already something out there that works and has worked for 100 years
