Borla Stinger Catbacks
I only put this here because it's somewhat relevant to this section seeing as I'm talking about the ones for the New Edge Mustangs. That and this section gets more views lol. Borla says their tips are 4", well I measured it with a digital caliper, and from side to side on the inside it's just above 3.5", at something like 3.556" or whatever. Why does Borla say they're 4"?

I'm happy because 4" is too damn big. I'm just wondering is all. Has anybody measured theirs? I know Borla changed the tips on their non-Stinger catbacks, so maybe they did the same with the Stingers?

Well Borla says they're 4" tips, I'm just curious why they say 4" if they're really 3.5". If I was to measure it including the rolled tips, it'd probably be 3.6". My friend's Bassani which is advertised as 3.5" looks more like 3".
Well hey, what's so bad about wanting a diesel but being cheap and just turning my Mustang into a mean off-roading towing machine?

$557.99 @ Jegs.com
Borla 140067 - Borla Stainless Steel Car Exhaust Systems - JEGS Although shipping is free, there is an handling charge of $13.99 and an over-sized charge of $8.99 bringing me to a grand total of $580.97. If you call up Summit and show tell them Jegs has it for cheaper, they'll beat their price. I'm sure no matter where you get it, all tips are gonna be the same size as mine. Like I said, my friend's Bassani which is SUPPOSED to be a 3.5" looks like a 3", so it looks like they round up their numbers half an inch or something.

Well anything catless is going to be pretty loud, but loud is an opinion. I personally thing catless 2 valves sound too raspy, and long tube headers are only gonna make it louder lol. Your best bet is to compare them in person, that's what I did (Bassani and Borla catbacks.)
