whats causing my iac to keep messing up???

i was having trouble with my iac valve messin up last week. the car wouldnt idle correctly and whenever i got to 2000 rpm it would bog down and fall on its face in any gear i was in. i tried cleaning it and ended up replacing it along with my tps. it was ok for a little about a day and now its screwed up again. im getting extremely annoyed so i would greatly appreciate any help. thanks a lot guys.

Check / clean the maf. How do you know its the IAC?

cause every time i clean it the car runs fine...until it messes up again.
