also if you are not racing in a competition don't worry about cutting a good light, practice running a good time then worry about cutting a good light later on. reaction times DO NOT AFFECT your overall et

my best 60ft is a 2.45 on a track that had about 6 days of racing on it so it was still pretty slick but still cut a 14.919 at 4200+ ft above seal level which using some of the altitude correction factors puts me at about a 14.1...don't be afraid of breaking anything, that's the secret
