Shocks/Struts


when i buy shocks and struts what should i get and where should i get them, i dont know anything about them, plus are there both shocks and struts in front and back?

there are two struts up front, and two shocks in the back... there are numerous choices availible which include adjustable and non-adjustable setups depending on your usage.

personally i like tokico and bilstien products... but there are many brands availible.

also this write-up should help but i see you already have springs and c/c plates so you have basically done this before. just make sure to get a shock/strut combo that is matched (valved) properly to your ride height or that supports lowered vehicles.

i like that write up it can be helpful, tokico is one of the best i do agree but i put kyb on my gt i think if you plan on lowering your car go with a good shocks and struts
