procharger or vortech
kk im deciding between vortech or a procharger i got bout 5k to spend.
how much will it ruoghly run me for either kits. and how much power will i get safelly.. thxz eric

you can get one for under 5 grand and they run about 8 psi but can go up to 23psi when u can handle it... you wont have to upgrade the supercharger like if u buy the base models of procharger and vortech and u get around 380 hp somthing liek that

It depends on your goals. If you want high numbers, then go with ProCharger, otherwise go with Vortech. Vortech will be good up to 400 RWHP. I know it's good for more as well, but ProCharger is just better when you're aiming for real high numbers.

well you still have to buy injectors, a 90mm lightning maf, a 03 cobra pump assembly (recommended) and get a tune so you might go over you 5k mark

procharger intercoolers are better at cooling than vortechs intercoolers

get a vortech and buy a custom FMIC for cheaper than a procharger and it will make the same power, i am just partial to vortech since an impeller went bad on mine and they repaired it for free even tho it was out of warranty

Bought my 3 core intercooler Procharger used and pieced some fuel stuff together off the classifieds and 400rwhp later it only ended up costing me a total of 2500 dollars with the tune.
