is it making the car run bad. The best way to tell if your car is having probs with the cops start the car and listen to how it runs with the hood popped. And then unplug each coil one at a time and listen to how it sounds when each one is unplugged. And make sure you plug it back in before you unplug the next one. If each time you unplug one the car sounds like its missing for all 8 then the cops should be fine. If you unplug one and you don't hear a change at all then it could be bad

thanks man.. ill try that tomorrow probably.. i just decided to change my plugs but changed my mind to regap them because they dont look too bad so far.. just occasionally under mild acceleration ill feel a little something like a miss.. i haven't done the dollar bill on the exhaust tips trick either.. it's not running *bad* really it just doesn't feel like it's running as good as it could be.. after this scenario ill probably be trying the fuel filter

on a completely and totally different topic.. does anyone know why my negative battery terminal keeps building corrosion even after i clean it all off.. a couple weeks it's back just as bad or worse?

i read it on here.. you crank the car and let it idle and take a dollar bill and hold it at hte top of the exhaust tip so that the bill hangs down in front of the tip.. it should move in a regular pattern.. if it's kinda random then you have a misfire.. those arent the direct words but it's basically paraphrased.. i forget who posted it. lol
