Threw Some Codes HELP!

Hey guys im new here and i need some help!!!

First : whats done to the car.
UPR CAI
BBK 75MM tb
Dragon Upper Plenum
UPR offroad X pipe
40 Series Flowmasters (Dumped)

Ok now the problem
I got two codes. P0102 - the MAF (ford checked and says its ok) and P0174 - running lean bank 2.

ok so my question is, where the hell is bank 2 and what can i do to correct my lean condition. I have an A/F ratio gauge, and it stays closer to the lean usually more when it idles and doesnt get near rich even when i get on it hard, like it used to. I have thought it could be my fuel filter but i only have 40k on it and i dont know if its been changed prior to me buying the car.

Hope thats enough information to help me out , if you need more info please post and ill see if i can answer your questions.

CJ

The MAF and lean codes may be related. If you've got a cotton air filter (like a K&N) that needs to be oiled, it's possible some oil residue and dirt is stuck to the MAF wire. Try cleaning your MAF and see if it helps, get some electrical contact cleaner and spray off the heated wire inside it.

Bank 2 is the driver's side. As mentioned, cleaning the mass air meter may take care of both codes, though it's possible the 02 sensor is bad also. Reset the codes after you clean the MAF and see if they come back.

Thank you for answering me.

I have been reading up on other forums and that seems to be the answer to my issues. BUT i also have read that it is possible to over mod in a sense. Meaning the car isnt tuned for the amount of air flow it is receiving. Now if thats incorrect please correct me. ALSO i have heard that CAI's tend to lean out a motor as well, and coupled with a TB and Upper plenum can lean it out more. So i removed my TB and upper to see what happens. I have the stock back on and so far i havent had any issues. Granted it has only been 4 hours since i have swapped it back out. ill see over the next week. If i am wrong in any of this please correct me.

I'm having similar problems. Mine started not long after I got my LT's and catless X installed. Mine has been throwing codes stating that O2 sensor 1 bank 1 and O2 sensor 1 bank 2 are showing low voltage or something along those lines. When I got the LT's installed I failed to get the O2 sensor extension harnesses, so the dude had to send them to an electrician to have them extended. I wasn't sure if they would still work properly after that, so I ordered two new sensors and the extension harnesses. Soon after I installed them is when the engine started throwing the codes. I have the MIL eliminators and have also removed and cleaned the MAF (without touching the wires... I sprayed the inside with rubbing alcohol). I still get the faults and the car sputters at low RPM's.
A couple of weekends ago I got under the car to check to see if the O2 sensors and extension harnesses were all seated and connected properly. That's when I noticed it... a header bolt firmly lodged between two of the header tubes on the passenger side header. I'm thinking leaking header? The fault code details said that exhaust leaks before the O2 sensors could also trip the fault. But, as far as I know, the driver side header has all the bolts in place.
Any thoughts on this one? It seems as though we both have similar issues. Only difference is that I am in Spain and don't have access to any competent mechanics who could properly diagnose and cure my problem.
