Wideband, A/F guage, and boost guage on!!!!

What am i supposed to look for when looking at the digital A/F guage? Numbers are all over the place and constantly changing. Looks cool as hell!! My SC goes on within the next week so what do i need to watch for after the procharger is on. I dont know what the numbers mean and which way is lean and which way is rich. I have the Ford GT Supercar fuel pump so hopefully that will help it not run out of gas.

i think with a s/c it should be between 11.0-12.0 at WOT 13.0-14.0 stock... i think im wrong on the stock one though. higher than 12.0 is rich i believe and lower than 11.0 is lean but i may be wrong on that and completly made it up

Low numbers mean rich and high numbers mean lean.
