Exhaust worries....

So im ditching my Flows for either Magnapacks or Stingers. I already have a Prochamber to pair with whatever I go with. Since I live in Cali im worried about getting busted for no cats. So im thinkin of gettin an MRT catted h-pipe as well and change between Prochamber and MRT but it sounds like a pain in my sack to have to flip flop. My car is registered in Oklahoma so im not sure if I have to get emmisions checks on the regular in cali. Any thoughts?

Get SLP Loudmouth's. They sound sick, performe well, and are very high quality(all stainless). Also, as far as the cats go: Read what i just finished writing in the thread titled "headman headers" cause i dont feel like writing it again.
