Is it ok to have iac hose before supercharger or does it need to be after it like in this pic:

The IAT may throw it off.... you are measuring IATs after the blower right?

IAT sensor should be after the intercooler for the most accurate reading.

Could that be the cause of the rpms dipping too low when I push the clutch in while driving?

I moved the iat sensor just before the throttle body. I drilled a hole in the pipe and put a rubber grommet in. Do I need to seal it with something?

I would guess that's either the idle control valve, or your tune.

Not as long as it is sealed well. I used a threaded iat from a lightning

I already cleaned the iac out twice and it didn't help. So you think it needs replacing? It only happens sometimes but when I push the clutch in the rpms will drop to around 300 and then bounce back up and repeat. Sometimes the car just dies. Is there any test I can do to see if it needs replacing or if it's the tune?

From what I know about the IAC is that cleaning it is just a temp fix for it that you really should go buy another as soon as you can. I have also heard that you should only get those from ford too.

What does washing the maf out mean? Did it do the same thing every time you let off or only sometimes?

It was hit and miss...For like a week it would do it every time but other weeks or even days it wouldn't do it at all...

When you wash the MAF it is the air coming out of your bypass going back into the boost pipe and going out the maf and then out the filter...Gives it a bad meter...

Yeah I'll post one in a second. Thanks for helping with this, it's been going on for months and annoys the hell out of me. The driveability decreased so much after supercharging.
