What supporting mods do I need with a Novi 2000?

I picked up a used Novi 2000 with intercooler this weekend and I wanna know what I need to get 400hp and 400lb-ft to the wheels. I have injectors too and am looking for a 03-04 cobra fuel tank. The cars stock except for a Mac Cat-back.. I think im going with a SCT Xcal, since the shop Im likely goin to recomends that.

So i was thinking a new throttle body and plenum to get all that air in, do you agree? and should I get anythin else?

tb, plenum, long tubes, h-pipe should put you close. just make sure you have enough fuel getting to the engine... a 250lph fuel pump would be good (i don't know what the 03-04 cobras have). don't run too much boost either... 9 or 10 pounds at the most.

03 cobra tank has dual fuel pumps so that should work fine. what size injectors do you have? your also gonna need a new maf of some kind either a lightning or a sct. I aggree on the new throttle body and plenum. Id also do something with the rear end.

Im gonna shoot for 10psi, and I know the Cobra pump is good to at least 500hp so that set. The injectors are green...i think the are 42lbs, i could be wrong. The setup has a custom intake with the maf already fitted to it. The rear end im gonna work on over the next year. Itll handle the power for a lil while.

just put a bigger pump in, no reason to go to the cobra pumps with that power. do the injectors also. and with that blower. you can mkae that power easily without any other mods at all. so you dont need all that stuff everyone said you did, but itll help but its not mandatory

Thanx Drgn, I will eventually want more power, but I cant afford to build the motor now so im gonna do the pumps and tank so im good for down the road too. I make that power with the stock pulley like 10psi?

you will prolly hae to run 12 psi, but weve gotten 12 psi off of the 10 lb pulley. its a great kit, but the intercooler is crap anywhere past 450 rwhp

not really in the supercharger itself but it will cool the air once its been heated going through the blower. the problem with the novi intercooler is its just to small and it becomes a restriction once you start moving quite a bit of air. i really ish it flowed better becuase it is easily the best looking and best fitting intercooler out there for our cars.
