Boost/vac gauge problem

Ok I have an autometer boost/vac gauge installed. I have the boost line tapped into the discharge tube and the vac teed into the Fuel pressure sensor. Then I have the vac line and the boost line Teed together and hooked to the gauge.

The problem I am having is that when everything is hooked up I am only reading half the amount of vacuum on the gauge that I should be reading, and No boost.

If I unhook one or the other, the readings are normal.

What am I doing wrong?

heres how it should be done, the bypass valve needs to be tee'd to the fuel press. line, then you should have another teeinto one of the two vacuum lines coming out of the plenum, one of those lines goes into the fiel press. rail sensor and the other you need to tee into, altho it doesnt really make a difference, when you do that it should read correctly

i don't know where you put it really, when i had mine i had a dual t put in over on the left top left side of the engine compartment where the vac lines orginally come in. I cut the one hose, put the 4 way in and had the orginal line coming in, the gauge on 1 end, the line that went to my bypass valve on one side, and of course the other half of the orginal one at the 4th nipple.

My Autometer guage only had 1 boost/vac line and 2 wires for power to the lights. The boost/vac should be all mechanical (will work without power). Just connect the 1 line into a vacuum line (mine is by the egr valve). You do not need to tee them off into seperate lines.

i think he knows it only has one line, when we are talking about the T we are talking about T'ing it off the stock line. I don't see anywhere about anyone talking about 2 lines coming off the gauge. You should already be t'd off the stock line for the bypass valve so just either put a + looking splitter where the t is or t off further down the line.
