Gears & superchargers

I just put a kenne bell on my 01 Gt and i'am loving it. its a great supercharger. kinda a pain to install, but well worth the wait. i'am running 4.10 gears, Do you think it would be a better idea to run 3.73 gears insteed.?

oh my god dude, do a search. Its all personal preference. If you like the 4.10's than keep them, if you want 3.73's than put 3.73's in the car. But there is enough threads in here about what gears everyone thinks people should have. Everyone is going to say put 3.73's in there but i say don't fear the gear man.

i like my 3.73s with the KB. Traction is still hard to come by... thats my next step, a total re haul on suspension would help.

get drag radials (on your rear tires not your front like someone we know) and call it a day

Back to the OP. Try it for a while. If you think your topping out too soon then switch to a higher gear.
