Anyone know of a product I can buy to restore my pistong rings for a while until Im able to get new ones?

what do you mean restore? like keep compression? try the stuff called Restore???


really you have to get new rings in there as soon as you can.

Yeah I know, I think only one might be going bad. We finished putting the cams in and its not smoking alot. Do you mean Engine Restore?

why dont you just pull the damn motor and redo the whole thing? But engine restore is the only one i can think of...


BTW use a compression tester to see if it really is bad... if one reads low, then drop some oil in there and then use the compression tester again. if its higher then its bad rings.

same here, i droped 3500 on a top end. and it ran for 6 days. its part of hot rodding man. I may be lucky and have my shit running by sunday though...
