what do you have to gap the spark plugs to?

and how the hell do you remove them without taking the fuel rail off?

I'll be the first to say that I don't know shit about spark plugs and this list is much appreciated.

Tim, do I need to worry about going colder with my setup? I figure I need to change my plugs soon.
