hp and hellion are the big 2 that i seen used. both put down good power and are efficient. you will want to keep in mind the limit of a stock 2v around the low to mid 400's.

HP and Hellion are the main two.

I have the HP kit myself and I did have a couple "problems" with getting everything correctly, this was about a year ago.

I believe Hellion also makes a twin turbo kit now, and as far as power goes, that will depend more on things like single vs. twin and what kind/size turbos you have than the different turbo kits themselves.

8 psi can be safe on a stock engine if it has a safe tune. 9+ psi is pushin it.

I'd recommend reading around as much as you can and trying to learn about how it all works.

If you're going to invest in a turbo kit, then you should invest in a forged lower end IMHO. Why not get all that you can get out of your engine as well. Besides a built engine and turbo, will perform that much better.

i guess your right bout tha bottom end, built is better than blown up, I am lookin at 4-5k the hellion is about 5500 or so but that has everything including fuel system, headers, k-member etc. does that sound like a good deal?? and if i did fork out the extra for he bottom end, any recommendations??

MMR has some nice forged rotating assemblies. you can also look into Livernois Motorsports. i got my forged rotating assembly from Sean Hyland Motorsport:
forged Cobra crank, forged Manley H beam rods, forged 17cc dish pistons (0.020" overbore), Federal Mogul bearings and rings...

If your gonna go with a forged bottom end, then you might as well go ahead and get a built tanny, rear end, and fuel system while your at it lol.
