Difference in Transmissions

Hey guys, my friend is doing a mustang build and getting a different clutch. He had a brand new clutch installed recently and said I could have that one for no $$$$$$ lol. Problem is he has a 97 and I have a 04. I asked him what bolt and size it was and he said 10.5 and 6.

So what would keep this clutch from working on my car?
