How do Packs, Stingers, and Pypes sound any different?

There all a straight through design.... I've noticed b/t 2600-3500 rpm, my violators sound almost identical to stingers. i've never heard packs tho...

They don't really. You may have different tones but they are all going to be equally loud. If you want to quiet it down some go with the mac or magnaflow, although I know two people with o/r x and mac and they are both switching over to magnaflow. I would go with magnaflow personally.

In my opinion slp sounds horrible with an offroad midpipe. I had it on my previous mustang and got rid of it quick. With a catted midpipe it sounds good but I have yet to hear one that sounds good with an offroad midpipe.
