True cold air intake


other then jlt who makes black or non chrome kits and it doesnt have to be a mustang one just a black kit to put together urself

k&n is cheap. or you can get, say a steeda one, pay 280 and spend 5 bucks on spray paint

I sprayed mine with engine enamel... came out fine... here's pics and a few posts down I describe how I did it...

Painted My CAI...


(and that punisher skull is getting painted over soon... haha, that part looks tacky)

Yes, that is a shit option as, I would like to make a custom pipe not just plum a bunch of shit together and call it day, something smooth and sleek for the air to flow through, without the edges of the elbow or other pipe hindering the airflow, something more along the lines of a real intake pipe.

demolet tuneable induction and the roush cold air intake are the only other plastic ones i can think of

i had the demolet tunable inductution before i got the supercharger and that is a VERY nice kit, if you ask me i would highly recommend them
