Putting Front Brakes on Rear?

I watched a show awhile ago and they did a front brake upgrade and put the stock front brakes on the rear, anybody know how they could've did that? Would it even be functionable? I think it would look pretty bad ass to have huge ass rotors on the rear too so I just thought I'd ask around about it.

I don't see the point in this, the front brakes do around 80% of the braking, the rears do very little, upgrading to a large brake kit for the rear is not needed

The point of it would be for auto cross. Having the larger rear brakes will help prevent brake fade. If your main purpose of your car is going fast in a straight line, it actually will be counter productive...unless of course you run a line lock.
