How long do nitto DRs last

my nitto 315s DRs have maybe 7000-8000 miles on them and not only are they past the wear marker but the right one is getting close to bald in the middle. Ive only done 1 burnout with them and maybe a couple no traction takeoffs. How long are they suppose to last and when well i know when they need to be changed. And also what other 315s are out there that last longer?

Almost bald in the middle means you have too much air pressure in them, which makes the wear un evenly and faster. The DRs have more grip than street tires and if your makin decent power and using 90% of the tires grip to put it down all the time they will wear faster. You wont find a anythin othe than a street tire thatll last longer like demello said.

get a total of 6 rims. keep 2 for up front and have the other 4 separate. one 2 of the rims put the nittos 555rs and the other 2 put the same size tire as up front to save the 555rs... use the 555rs for the days or weeks you feel antsy and use the others for daily driving

my 315 555r's last like 15k miles, so you just need to lighten up on all the aggressive driving if you want them to last, I drive pretty aggressive on the street but you must be going nuts lol or doing a lot of burnouts...

And as for only using them for the track, there's way better tires out there for track only use so why use nittos for the track only tires?
