We expect shit to break, look foward to realizing exactly when it is happening, and than obsess about dropping plenty of cash to rebuild stronger, so we can try to run it hard as hell and break again. We are sick individuals.

Thats what i would go with as well...But if you want a metal lower then those are the only options I would consider...

So with 400 hp the stock plastic should be fine? Are there basically no gains from the aftermarket manifolds?

the reason they wont say typhoon is because its crap n/a and fi and ive read on other sites wen researching it that nitrous can burn holes through it

the truth is, the plastic intake is just a great design and doesnt become a hndrance untill 500+ hp, and the metal intakes that are basically a copy cost a lot and dont do anything, so why not just use the plastic one. i still use it and make a lot of power and spray a lot more nitrous and fuel through it, you just have to be careful not to sporay it to low. the reason is that there is not enough below 3000 runing through the intake to carry the fuel and it puddles and then goes kabooooom

Thanks for all the help guys. As of now it looks like i'm going to be sticking with the plastic. Nice to save a little money cause the rest is going to be expensive.

Here's a Bullitt manifold you can get cheap. It's much better to blow a plastic one IMO. They can be found cheap

Nope , even reused the gaskets. Just takes a couple of hours really
