my final compression is right around 8.5:1 and 3.73. form what im reading the low compression isnt as good for centrifugal blowers the optimum is like 9.5:1 for a centri and the twin screws love the low compression

Here You Go

There are people selling used ones over in the "For Sale Thread" over at MPH...I know Jim Fritz is about to sell his low mile 2.2 for a hell of a deal...

That is for the 2.6 brand new...It just came out...And that also includes the installl, all supporting work, and dyno tuning...

The 2.2 I think would do you fine...Jim Fritz went 9's on the 2.2...

Are you wanting to break 8's or something?

I think the 2.2 would fit you fine for now...Your car still has DD duty right?

Go With The 2.8 Then

Hell I would be happy with 9's...Hell I will settle for 10's...Hell 11's for now...

well a tt set-up is prolly going to be right on par for the cost of the big KB...But one thing the KB has over the turbo is the number you see on MPH is for the blower installed, dynoed, and ready to go...With all the tech support you could want...

Also do you think you could split this post into like 2 posts? One about the tech and one about the suggestions on blower etc? We sorta whored the "Kenne Bell 4.6L DOHC Cobra Supercharger Instructions Post" pretty bad...

well i dont need them to install it as i can do it and i have my own tuner so i dont need them to tune it. all i need from them is the actual compressor, intercooler, and any of the other needed parts.

youll have to ask the mod of this section to split it up. i cant do it
