? About Motor Oil


Has Any One Here Used Amsoil In The Cars. I Guy I Work With Swears By It Says It Is Recomended For 1 Yr 25000 Mi. I Dont Know About It Becouse At Time I Beat On My Car Prity Hard. Just Thaght I Would So What You Guys Thank. Or Recomened. I Have Seen Other Post On Moter Oils But I Did Not See Anything On Amsoil.

good oil but I prefer royal purple

here's some tests on oil and all though Bob Is The Oil Guy

Uhmmm I the oil may good up to that, I dont know personally,m but I would NEVER leave it in there that long. thats retarded.

I use Mobil 1 5W-20 fully synthetic. I know its not a true full synthetic, but I change my oil every 3,000 miles and most of the time 500 miles or so early. Just make sure you change the filter everytime.

lol, didn't see the part about 25000 miles, naww... I wouldn't do that I don't like going over 3000 miles...

Theres one guy on the registry who has a reputation that swears RP is garbage and it breaks down to easy. As a daily driver he doesn't recommend it but for one time pass at the drag strip it is fine. Then again, its the internet so follow your intuition.

i use castrol syntec full syn. w/ a qt of lucas and it seems to do ok

I havent had my car long enough to change the oil yet but prob will be going with Mobil 1. I would never leave oil in longer than 5k at the most but 3k is reccomended

use redline oil i have used that since i bought my mustang back in 99 and runs great
