Im swapping in a 03/04 cobra tank into my GT, I was just wondering are all the lines and electrical connection the same? I have the cobra pump as well.

The cobra tank is baffled it keeps the fuel pump from starving for fuel while it's being all swooshed around

Here's a write up on the whole swap

Yeah it is baffled and it supports 400hp which is my initial goal. There is also the hats made to install 2 or 3 ford gt pumps for even more power which i will certainly want down the road. Modifiy the gt tank runs the risk of fuel starvation. I got the whole setup shipped for $525 which to me is worth the security of not havin to worry bout running the tank too low and blowing my motor.

If your gunna stay around 400hp, the stock tank with a different pump will be more than enough. But If you plan on more hp, its a good swap

Well its a good move then I believe all the fuel lines are the same but the electrical connectors may be different.

I was tryin to find out about the electrical connections. From that article above it doesnt look liek they need to be changed. Ill start early so I have time to do a lil wire splicing if necessary.

Oh I know when putting the cobra pump into a gt there is some rewiring to do, Im hopin to avoid that with this setup.
