i have plenty of proof that we exchanged many emails and his paypal account had the same name as his ebay account. i also wrote the ebay item number and brief description on the paypal transaction before i sent it to him. so hopefully it will be enough proof if there is a scam going on here. i'm so fuckin worried right now. he hasn't responded today and through the last 3 days he would respond within a couple hours at most.

Well, personally I wouldn't have bought an item that expensive from someone with only 9 feedback, but maybe it's ok, I don't know.

I bet that other guy was watching to see how much the first auction sold for and put his buy it now price the same and stole the other guys description. I do that all the time if I'm too lazy to write my own.

I actually got in trouble for doing it because the guy who wrote the description reported me to ebay for plagiarism.

Shit comes up bro, the guy could've had to work or something. I know $3200 is a lot of money but it is too soon to jump to conclusions.

Yea bob give it some time. dont sweat it. I am sure JA will attest to this that it takes a little while for a tracking number to come up. They cant give you one when you bring it in a ship it there, they have to have it go through all the wickets first then send you the tracking number.

Like it was stated, the serial numbers are different. Its a new one. And I am sure that guy waited to write his up and used the same blurb. I would! Makes it easy.

Like everyone else said give it a few days. And always pay with credit card, added insurance, because paypal can't always get it all back. You can always call the Credit Card and they will give a refund for full amount.

Well it's not like it's money for a much needed liver transplant. Evidently you don't need it for bills. No one has to have a supercharger, you just want one. But it would suck to be scammed out of it.
