From what I can see it looks to be a pushrod motor with a hari dryer issue...

But I am not 100% sure...

Where did you find the pics?

im no expert but it looks like a pushrod with a interesting twinturbo and intercooler set up...ive never seen interloolers set up flat like that and im only assuming it is a intercooler that im looking at in the 3rd pic

looks like the innercooler is inside the car that looks to be the rad.

the intercooler is in the passengerside floorboard, that is the rad to make room for the turbos up front

Try looking at race results in NMRA, NMCA, WFC.
That thing is pure race car. If I could see the outside
of the body it would help.?
