Exhaust Rattle Need Help......
my brother bought a 04 mustang gt 5 speed. we were driving the car and hear a rattle noise just alil more the 3k rpms. its coming from passneger side engine compartment almost near fire wall. does anyone kno what this could be the car is completely stock no mods at all. 24k miles..
another thing is that on the highway doing like 55mph we hear a sort of wind noise or something moving around in the front end like near the hood prop. could this be it. two totaly diffrent sounds. im a fox body guy and don;t really kno much about these gen mustangs. but i still love em.. thnx for all the help... |

That rattle could be the cat being loose and is shaking when you get into the higher RPMs
