Rear Axel Leaking?
Mechanic - "Your rear axel is leaking on the right side, it's not severe yet so it'll be okay but for me to fix it parts would be about 11 dollars and 50 an hour for labor, it'll take about 2 to 3 hours , maybe 4"
... What? |

Your driver's side rear axle seal is bad. 4 hours to change it though... rofl. More like 30 minutes for most technicians... an hour or so if you did it in the driveway.

Exactly what I was making a point of. It's a simple job, if I'm not mistaken... it's seriously an hour job bare min. I have been down that road before.
How quickly should it be taken care of, or will it be okay for the next few weeks until I have the money. |
