the turboed mustang is a fox 5.0 stang. ive seen the video with teh camera view from inside the cobra, the weight isnt a fair race, but either way turbo will always dominate at same psi of a s/c unless its a lil t3/4 turbo

yes the s/c is much easier to install unless you get a bolt on turbo kit, the only place i know that sells that is www.tmaturbo.com there kits go for about $4.1-$5.1k for twin turbo....you can choose between many turbos and andy will hook it up

if you can get a TT or single turbo kit for only $1k more then a s/c i'd do it. MUCH worth it

if your going turbo dont get long tubes..

If you go with Hellion you also will be buying from a great guy and mustang racer. John Urist, I met him at S.E.M.A a few years back. Stand up guy. His kit is well thought out and produced to fit great. I know I sound like a commercial but I was really impressed with his kit. And if I could afford one(3 kids and 1 on the way) I would buy one for sure. One thing though... Who has a kit and is it as good as what I saw at the show?

Can someone confirm the KB SC prices for our 2v motors? For some reason I cannot access the price list. I believe the 6psi, non-intercooled kit is $4K. If you have the cash to run the 9spi KB SC then that is the way I would go but am not sure the stock internals would like that for long.
As for the turbocharger kit any welded SS piping will crack with time. 1600 degrees and the bumps in the road placing weight on the piping is also stressful.
I think I would stay with the tried and true KB kit. The 9psi kit will put out more power than a Terminator. Mark
