Early shifts

My car is shifting early under normal cruising. It will be in 4 gear with the converter locked at 40MPH. I data logged it and it looks like the computer is telling it to do it. I have replaced every sensor on the car and even had the transmission rebuilt. I have 373's and a stallion 2800rpm stall converter. I have my programmer set for 373's and my speedo is accurate. My diablo Preditor only allows me to change my shift points at WOT. Do I need to take it somewhere to get the shift points changed for the gears? Is this even possible? What else could be wrong?

Did you adjust the shift points before or after gears?

The problem is that the diablo will not allow me to change the shift points except for at WOT but I don't have a problem at WOT just during normal driving.

You need a custom tune. I have the diablo too and I am having the same kind of problems...I have the 4.30 gear and it is real bad for me. The part-throttle shift from 1 to 2 is ridiculously low and pretty much all gears shift way to early for my taste. Even when I had my stock set-up the shifts were kinda low for my liking. Now that is only for part-throttle shift points, WOT can be controlled from the predator. I am not for sure but I think the SCT can control at what speed the transmission shifts? I am getting an SCT and a custom tune from my builder so then I will know for sure but I think SCT gives you the ability to control mph/shift point ratios???

Mine started doing that after I put on my "Pro Chamber" & "Cat Back"

It is anoying as hell too

I'm waiting on my sniper tuner hope it cures it

So far I can't find a tuner that allows you to change the normal driving shift points. Does anyone know of one that will let you? Its driving me crazy to where I'm thinking of doing the manual swap! I even tried bammachips but he said I have to many mods for him to do it.
