99-01 cobra owners
I am about to be getting my hands on a 99 cobra convertible and i was just wondering how much HP it has stock, what kind of problems have you guys had or heard of, and as far as convertibles are concerned any leaks ever or exterior noise coming in while driving, i just want to know what to expect and what im getting into. Thanks

dont own one, but msn autos has all the basic info. the IRS is shit on the 99 as well. many were recalled...

and as with any mustang.. it will squeak. doesn't matter if its new.
i think they came stock with 320hp. which is around 275ish to the rear wheels |

well i got my 01 cobra vert about 5 months ago. and i love it so far. the only thing i didnt like was the shifter. so drop in an mgw short throw and ur good to go. havent had any leaking or noise from the vert. you're gonna love it. nice choice.
