You can drop the tank, swap pumps, and button it all back up in 30 minutes??!!

I'm in the process of doing this swap in my '01, and it took me about an hour just to drop the tank. I figured out tonight that plug-n-play means different things to different folks. The pump itself is plug-n-play, but you have to take the buckets apart to do it as the tank covers are very different between the SVT Focus pump and the OEM Mustang. I'll be posting some pics on my "Fuel Issue" thread here in a few minutes to show what I did

Was I the only one who had to use the factory top with the new pump?

It took me 45 min to drop the tank and swap the pump, I feel if I knew what i was doing (it was my first time) I could have done it in 30. All you need to do is remove bolts to the hat, undo a few bolts on the basket and the pump comes right out. easy swap

You using a lift, or jackstands? It took me about an hour laying on my back to pull the tank, but I wasn't hurrying either. I'll call ya the next time I do this so I can get it done faster! LOL!
