Well, it is very nice looking, not unreasonably priced, and would not hurt performance.

Thing is that the OEM intake isn't all that bad, it's a CAI and the stock TB/plenum only start hurting performance at 5300+ rpm, with the plenum being the weakest point.

If you are looking for the biggest performance bang-for-buck on a stock GT your money would be better spent on exhaust (2-1/2" from the manifold back); TB/plenum, and a tuner and 93 octane tune; and then gears--in that order.

That way you'll have the tuner when you do the gears...

im thinking about doing that, i bought my bbk intake used for $90 and i saw a jlt intake in real life and its really nice
