i just did my steeda tri ax installation today and i have to tell u that it rocks the shifter is awesome great shifter i am very happy with it ,the only thing is that sometimes i miss 2 gear it went to 4th but i love it . The install was easy the hardest part was to remove the stock shifter i have some questions tho the when i set the shift stops i did it using 3rd and 4th gear is this ok also which position u think is the most comfortable the lower or high to set the shifter handle .

I use the high position myself...

You will get used to shifter and everything will be good...

i used all the positions when i set the stops on my tri-ax, starting with 3-4 then chacking with all the others. and i use the lower position to set the handle, its more comfortable for me

I use the lower position, also I have heard ( I think in this forum ) that with the T-3650 you are not to use the bump stops.

I went through 3 tri-ax shifter before I got fed up with them. I ended up getting a UPR blue-thunder shifter. better product, better customer service... better price.

only shifter I like more than the UPR shifter is the MGW shifter, but those aren't cheap.
