Should i flip the switch????

Well i installed my dry kit and drilled pre maf for it so the computer can adjust the fuel ratio. Im getting an itch to flip the switch. I only have the 75 jet in there right now. Im going to be getting it tuned for a 125 shot, but my money tree in the back yard is doing to well so you think it would be alright to spray the 75 shot a couple times until the tune comes?

The MAF doesn't know if nitrous flows thru it. The MAF only measures airflow and whether you have the nozzle before or after the MAF doesn't change the airflow requirements of the engine. Dry kits are designed to use pressure against the fuel regulator for fuel enrichment. No need for a tune or larger injectors with a small amount of nitrous. Make sure you have 91 or higher octane in the tank to be safe.

Spraying N2O on the Maf is never a good idea. If you have the WOT and window switches setup with a wideband to monitor the AF its probably safe to give it a shot on the stock tune, but i would add a can of octane booster with 91+ in the tank, and maybe try just a 50 shot.

I would just wait till you're totally ready with the 125 & tune. As soon as you squeeze the 75 shot your gonna start "guessing" about what it is/aint actually doing. You might think it's not as hard a hit as you expected, then think something is wrong, than loose sleep, etc..
If you know your gonna get a tune, just wait for it and milk the excitment till payday.
The difference will be much more memorable.

I put 104 in my tank when i go and play with my nitrous kit, but then again i am also planning on large shots 150 or so untuned for a while.

N2O

im not sure what set up or system you have but i have a zex digital setup on my 02' gt. I run a 100 shot with out a tune right now, my gt was dyno'd and air/ fuel was measured and safe without tune. had to wait on fuel pump and diablo sport tuner before tune. but ive used mine and its safe. just make sure the vehicle is at normal operating temp and dont miss a gear....
Nitrous is the shit if its done right. I left a turbo'ed gt on my non--tuned 100 shot.
