Draw thru ones are designed to have air pulled thru the sensor (stock/Lmaf) blow thru are designed to have air forced thru (boost). And you want your maf after your s/c and intercooler to get an accurate reading. You would most likley lean the engine out because its reading the air in the inlet rather than the actual compressed air entering the motor.

OK I'm confused. I just looked up Anderson Power Pipe for Procharger to make sure I remembered correctly. It's an inlet pipe and doesn't go anywhere near the MAF (at least on my set up it doesn't).

You can connect the MAF to the inlet of the power pipe, I dont think AFM pipes are designed for that. Once you interecool and start makin more power the blow thru design is better.

Correct, far from the MAF

sorry if i should have put this under power adder...
I think we much have really confused the OP talking about Paxton and Vortech draw throughs, that the LMAF was designed to be a draw through, and that someone converted a ProCharger to a draw through. At least it confused me.

The ProCharger system is a designed to be a blow through system. The MAF is mounted in the fender well (that's were the ProCharger kit puts it). The Lightning MAF is one of the two that ProCharger recommends for 10 psi or more (even though it may have been designed as a draw through its used in the blow through location). And, the power pipe will fit just fine on the inlet side of the ProCharger without any changes to the MAF which is on the outlet side of the intercooler between it and the throttle body.
