i agree with u about there not being a place to hang them, but i know for a fact they will fit. if u crawl under a gt its pretty much indentical underneath aside from the tranni in 01

the cat back which is hung and headers which are bolted to the motor offer enough support to hold the mid pipe in place.

Yeah. I figured itd fit as long as the oval shaped header flange was there...

Mine dont have hangers either, and as everyone else said yes it will fit like a glove
