i might need to go to like a 3.20 size then. 13 or 14#s would be a lil much for the stock bottom end.

I just ordered a 3.2" for my novi 2000. After all my diggin it seems that will give me around 10-12#s and should get my just over 400rwhp. I got a 03 GT btw wit mid and cat back, t.b and plenum and upgraded MAF.

i heard that. good deal. yeah ive been reading some peeps saying that the 3.90 pulley is for 10#'s and then read someone say the 2.90 pulley is for 10#'s. Its going to vary from application to application but damn.... thats some serious varying.

I called paxton, since i have a novi and told em im shooting for 10psi wut size pulley should i get and i think he said 3.25" Anyway richards racing makes 3.2 and 3.3 so i went with a 3.2 Id rather be higher than lower on the boost. You best bet is to talk to the manufacturer. Its goin to vary with application but you should be able to get a good idea.

the 3.2 should put you around 11-13 psi. i haven't checked places where you can get them but i would look on superchargersonline.com or google it and you should see quite a few options and prices..
on a side note - i was messing around with my car today just rippin around on some back roads and i noticed that by the time i was hitting 6k rpms my car would make somewhere between 10-11 psi. anyone know why its that high? i'm running the 3.85 pulley and its only supposed to be @ 8. i even checked before i installed it. its definitely a 3.85 pulley. my car made more power than most other people on here with the same pulley too. i don't know why??

where you live, i know altitude makes a big difference on psi numbers, you could have alot higher psi with the same hp

I looked at superchargersonline.com but they dont have procharger specific pulleys, are procharger pulleys the same as another certain brand pulley like vortec?

I'm running the stock pulley (3.85?) for 8 lbs of boost. It actually dynoed at 8.9 psi.
When the Procharger kit was first installed (with 42 lb injectors and a 255 lph fuel pump) it made 385 rwph/370 rwtq with just a 75mm TB/Plenum and a electric water pump. But the A/F mix was off. It was tuned rich mid-range to keep from going too lean at 6000 rpm. I then put on LTs, catted x-pipe, and a MAFia with everything else the same. The first pull was almost exactly the same as before 385/370. After the A/F mixture was fixed, it made 370 rwhp/377 rwtq but I picked up 15-20 hp mid-range. But I was told that I'm running fairly conservative timing. Funny thing though, headers didn't seem to make any difference at all.

I made 13psi wit a 3.2 inch pulley and AFM power pipe. Went of the recommendation of reichards racing. He was pretty much dead on.
