WAP Windsor Romeo If your looking to build your motor go with a WAP or teksid, both save a lot of weight can handle in excess of 800 hp

Not quite positive on the question, but if you are asking what the difference between a block used in a short block you buy from a shop and the stock block in your car.......nothing unless you get a kit with an aluminum block. most short blocks come with a stock block and the internals are what is different. Usually tells you in the description of the short block.

WAP blocks arent the best blocks to go out and rag 800hp thru. they are light and a decent block but not a block that will stand up to a daily thrashing of that much power. not too much differences really, just a couple little things here and there.
