Jeebus. Well... Is the stock BOV setup the same way as the Greddy? Can you push the plate inside with your finger more easily on the original one compared to the Type-S? I didn't even know people used those type of BOVs on centri applications.

It didn't come with a bov, the one I have is Type-RS.

well part of it is that the Greddy one isn't super high quality. I would double check your boost numbers and check what that particular valve is rated for, you might have the wrong one for your set up. Your running about 9psi I would guess if not lower, and for your average turbo car, that is stock boost. So this product being designed for a higher power application might be designed for 15-20 psi.

I'm at 11psi and all Greddy's website says is Type-RS for 150-400hp.

Thats is a crappy guage. I'd call them, according to that I should put one on my CAI since I'm at 300 hp.

Yeah but I was running 19psi on my slightly larger turboed Eclipse and I would guess I was still under 300 to the wheels and the Type S worked just fine. Normally they rate the springs in there by psi though. Not by HP...
