There are no gains whatsoever from deleting the EGR, only thing you'll do is clean up the engine bay. People say it hurts mileage, but I disagree with that as my car gets exactly the same mileage as before. I just wanted to free the clutter.

Not much, like stated. most tuners turn it off anyways just so it doesnt recycle hot air back to the intake. At WOT it shuts off im pretty sure.

A lot lol. im pretty sure to get to it you gotta take wheel off breaks rotors off and decompress the spring. I think... i just am in middle of the headers install and it would be a pain in the ass to get to not worth it imo!! You would also need to buy a block for the intake manifold so it wont leak, and im not sure what to do for the vacuum hoses that hook up to it. I think theres a kit.

Christ...all that work for barely any weight removal and a "cleaner" bay? That's bout as crazy as a good ol two dollar bill right there -deep southern accent-

If I were building the engine from nothing, i'd do it cause it was out already...other than that, fuck it.

obviously you've never taken an egr valve off or even where it is. all you have to do is cap off the tube fitting on drivers side exhaust manifold, block off the actual valve on the intake elbow, unbolt the switch from intake manifold & unplug, & cap off vaccum line. very simple 30 min. tops
