air bag
So i installed headers and had the steering shaft disconnected and all. Well im thinking it was not alligned right. steering had a little resistance and then it was gone. Air bag light is flashing now. Did i unplug the wire cause it was twisted up? Hard to put back in? will it blow up on my face if i do? lol.

You need to place a 2.3 Ohm resistor across the gray/orange and gray/white wires that power the air bag.
The air bag controller sends a very small current (in the uA range) through the air bag squib (detonator) to make sure it's there and not open or shorted. The squib has a 2.3 Ohm internal resistance and that's what the controller is looking for. 2.3 Ohms is a non-standard resistor value. You can special order it as a precision part, or use two 4.7 Ohm resistors in parallel creating a 2.35 Ohm "close enough" value. I used two 1/4W 4.7s (I got a lot of 50 on eBay for $3 or so) when I installed an aftermarket wheel back in the spring, the sensing current is so low that 1/8W parts would be fine. Be aware that if the air bag ever fires those resistors will immediately burn out, however when that happens a little crack/pop from under the dash will likely be be very least of your problems...
