Possibly because of the extra weight will drop you more. Its not that its not unuseable but its a different drop than advertised.

Where did you get that information? From Eibach?

I'm not really impressed by Eibach's knowledge of their own product. On my corolla, I called them up, knowing that the springs directly interchange between the SR5 and GTS. They say their springs ONLY work for the GTS, and I wanted to know why. I talked to at least three different people, and they all just hemmed and hahhed and kept saying "well, er, it's application specific", and telling me that they wouldn't fit on my SR5.

They might make a good spring (which is much more important), but don't go by what they say it will and won't fit.

I was looking on american muscle and the eibach pro and shit works on any 03 apparently but on the drag springs it says coupe only, then on other sites it's the same way. that's what I was going by. I know ford didn't go through the trouble of making the coupe and vert GT suspension different.
