I concur.

I installed my Bassani catted X-pipe a few months ago (some time in May,) and I'm yet to have my CEL turn on.

Also, a stock Mustang GT has 4 catalytic converters.

oh my mistake zinc what is he talking about then? i know for a fact my 98 had 6 and my 04 has 4

As soon as i can i will post a pic of my 1999 GT stock cat-back with 6 catalytic converters.

Hmm, that's weird, because my stock H-pipe has 4 catalytic converters, as shown in the picture above - that's my stock H-pipe btw.

then its not stock. someone either had an offroad midpipe and they got rid of the stocker. then when they wanted to sell it, they wanted to keep the offroad pipe and get a stocker, but they got one from a 98 gt which would fit onto our cars...

thats the only possible way unless they welded 2 more cats on there, that your car will have 6 cats

I am the second owner of my car and i know the original owner and he did absolutely no aftermarket mods to it.
