Cut out how? and does it have a check engine light? When an o2 goes out it normally throws a code.

Recently done a tune up? Weird it only happens in rain, or maybe thats when you notice it. Hows your air filter? and is it a CAI? Might be getting a little wet or something.

My brother had this problem with his '99 GT, it was water getting into the crankshaft position sensor electrical connector. He cleaned the jack and socket up, squirted 'em with CRC-556, and re-connected them using a quantity of dielectric grease--problem gone...

COP's could be getting a little wet, mine will do that after I wash it sometimes. Is your hood open?

Do you have A CAI in the fender? I would check the maf and see if it's wet.

+1 that and sense your hood is open I have that same problem. Sometimes if it rains hard enough the cops will get wet and cut out. Not sure of any way to prevent it though lol, but Im sure thats what it is.
