Check the o rings on top of the injectors and make sure you didn't nick or damage them..Would be a good time to spend 4 dollars at autozone or whatever and buy new fuel injector o rings. i spent a few days trying to figure out why my gas mileage sucked and the car stunk of gas..Turns out I nicked an o ring and it was slowly leaking it out. Aside from that, no problem as long as you didn't bend the fuel rail or anything.

Why are you taking it off?

Make sure you use some lubricant on the injector o-rings when you put the fuel rail back on.
